Refund and Returns Policy
The return and refund policy for online purchases via medicart.biz.my is as follows:
CANCELLATION
MediCart Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if that is the case and return any payment made. Refund will be credited into your bank account depending on the period of time your financial institution required to arrange for the refund.
Customers are not allowed to cancel the order once an order confirmation email is issued and/or the parcel has been collected by courier.
RETURN & REFUND
Customers have the right to request a refund within 7 days upon receiving their order. Otherwise, we reserve the rights to reject the request. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@medicart.my
To be eligible for refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
- Products delivered is near expiry or expired; or
- Products delivered is different from the order created. The product shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packing as it first delivered to Customer together with the proof of purchase.
- Customer contacted our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Returned goods will be inspected upon received. If one or more conditions mentioned above is fulfilled, you are entitled to choose between an exchange of the product if the product is available in our stock, or for a refund to be made to you through your payment account within 30 days from the approved return date.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not meet the above conditions.
We will also act accordingly in cases of incomplete/inaccurate order received: –
- If a product ordered/invoiced is not included in the delivery, MediCart Sdn Bhd shall either refund the Customer the value of that product, or replace the product
- If any product which was not ordered/invoiced in the Customer’s order is delivered to the Customer, MediCart Sdn Bhd shall collect the product from the customer
- If the Customer has been charged for a product which has not been delivered, MediCart Sdn Bhd shall refund you the value of the product as originally charged to you.
We do not accept returns and refund on promotion/sale items and purchases made with discount coupons.
Products/items that are classified under medical devices, disposable items, one time used items are strictly not exchangeable or returnable for hygienic purposes.
CHANGES TO OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
This Return & Refund Policy is subject to change without notice. We may update our Return & Refund Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
