Indications/Uses
Gout, hyperuricemia & uric acid lithiasis. Treatment of Ca oxalate/phosphate renal stones in the presence of hyperuricemia &/or hyperuricosuria.
Dosage/Direction for Use
AdultΒ Mild conditionsΒ 2-10 mg/kg daily or 100-200 mg daily.Β Moderately severeΒ 300-600 mg daily.Β SevereΒ 700-900 mg daily.Β Childn <15 yrΒ 10-20 mg/kg daily or 100-400 mg daily
