Indications/Uses
Essential HTN.
Dosage/Direction for Use
AdultΒ Max:Β 80/10 mg once daily.Β Replacement therapyΒ 1 tab once daily.Β Add-on therapyΒ in patient whose BP is inadequately controlled w/ amlodipine or telmisartan aloneΒ 40/5 mg once daily.Β Initial therapyΒ 40/5 mg once daily.Β Patient requiring larger BP reductionΒ Initially 80/5 mg once daily, may be titrated up to max: 80/10 mg once daily if additional BP lowering is needed after at least 2 wk of therapy.Β Mild to moderate hepatic impairmentΒ Not to exceed telmisartan 40 mg once daily.
