Indications/Uses
Prevention & treatment of vomiting due to irradiation-sickness, post-op & drug-induced nausea & vomiting.
Dosage/Direction for Use
TabΒ AdultΒ 10 mg tds.Β ChildnΒ 2.5-5 mg tds. Max: 0.5 mg/kg daily.Β InjΒ By IM/IV.Β AdultΒ 10 mg tds.Β Childn 5-14 yrΒ 2.5-5 mg tds,Β 3-5 yrΒ 2 mg bd-tds,Β 1-3 yrΒ 1 mg bd-tds,Β <1 yrΒ 1 mg bd-tds.Β Diagnostic proceduresΒ AdultΒ 10-20 mg given 10-15 min before exam. Max: 0.5 mg/kg daily.
