Indications/Uses
Treatment & prevention of flu.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult & adolescent β₯13 yrΒ TreatmentΒ 75 mg bd for 5 days.Β Post-exposure preventionΒ 75 mg once daily for at least 7 days.Β Prevention during community epidemicΒ 75 mg once daily for up to 6 wk.Β TreatmentΒ CrCl 10-30 mL/minΒ 75 mg once daily for 5 days.Β PreventionΒ CrCl >30 mL/minΒ 75 mg once daily,Β 10-30 mL/minΒ 75 mg every 2nd day.
