Dimenhydrinate
Indications/Uses
Prevention & treatment of nausea & vomiting, associated w/ motion sickness. Meniere’s disease.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Tab Prevention of travel sickness 1st dose to be taken 30 min before the journey. Short journey Adult 1-2 tab. Childn >12 yr 1 tab, 7-12 yr ½-1 tab. Longer journey or treatment May repeat the dose 8 hrly. Syr Prevention of travel sickness Childn 6-12 yr 10-15 mL, 2-5 yr 5-7.5 mL. 1st dose to be taken 30 min before the journey. Repeat 6-8 hrly if necessary.
