Fusidic Acid
Indications/Uses
Foban Cream and Ointment contain an antibiotic (calledΒ fusidic acidΒ or sodium fusidate). This is an antibiotic usedΒ to treat skin infections. Foban is effective only against those bacteria which fusidic acid or sodium fusidate can kill.
Dosage/Direction for Use
After washing, apply to the affected area twice daily as directed by the doctor or pharmacist. Symptoms and treatment: Overdosage has not been known to occur during topical therapy with Fusidic Acid or its salts.
